Video engagement with Tech Field Day has been off the charts, dramatically exceeding our expectations. As part of our growing public speaking practice, Foskett Services is pleased to announce that Stephen Foskett will be delivering a technical presentation and the closing keynote at the DeltaWare Data Solutions Emerging Technology Summit on November 10, 2015. We are looking forward to a great audience of tech-savvy end-users at the Summit.
Next week, Tech Field Day travels to New York City to participate in the bi-annual Open Networking User Group (ONUG) Conference as well as hosting our on-site Tech Field Day Extra event.
Tech Field Day is a live, in-person event for the dozen delegates selected for each event, but as that term implies, a far greater number are represented. We invite the public to tune in for Storage Field Day 8 throughout the week. Live broadcasts will be hosted at the Tech Field Day web site and video will be shared on our YouTube channel. Those wishing to be part of the discussion can join in using the #SFD8 hashtag on Twitter.

We went from 2,000 views in 2010 to 14,000 in 2011, 133,000 in 2012, and 238,000 in 2013. But 2014 was something else entirely, with 372,000 views that year alone, as much as all previous years put together! Added up, that totals an amazing 759,399 video views for 2010 through 2014!
Tom Hollingsworth is now part of the Foskett Services team. He’ll be helping out with all sorts of activities, from GestaltIT.com to Tech Field Day to writing and speaking projects. He’s got the skills to do just about everything, and we intend to give him the opportunity to become “more”, as he so eloquently put it.
Foskett Services is working with SolarWinds to bring new energy into the Thwack user forum. The newly created Thwack Ambassador program brings key thought leaders to the website to share their insights and concerns. Each month, a new Ambassador will be assigned to a section of the forum.
